Early Morning
Generally fishing is better right at sunrise, so Captain Doug likes to work with you to find a reasonable meeting place
The boat will be ready to go with bait, tackle, and goodies before your day begins
A brief instruction on the tactics for the day and location of safety equipment
Verification of a current Georgia Fishing License required for everyone over the age of 16 who will be fishing
Begin the hunt for big fish!
Lunch Time
Lunch and soft drinks will be provided
No glass is permitted on board
Snacks are also provided throughout the day
Incidentals
Tackle and bait are included
Customer is welcome to bring and use their own hard tackle provided it meets regulations
Safety and first aid gear is located with easy access on board
What to Bring
Sunscreen
Sunglasses (polarized will enhance your fishing experience)
Proper licensing (visit www.gadnr.org to purchase online)
Clothing: Summer is HOT so breathable SPF clothing is recommended. Fall, winter and spring will be much cooler on the water than expected (lake effect) so bring more than you think you will need.
